hans2 bent down, his jaw popping out of place as he recovered the loot he had received from slaying his 18th pair of rock golems. The things just seemed to spawn everywhere. All you needed to do was to leave the area for a few minutes and then magically they were back! As he put his jaw haphazardly back into place, he mused over something that had confused him. One of the camps did not respawn, and the only thing hans2 could distinguish in it from the others was that there seemed to be a strange glowing object above one of the trees. At first the Bone Fletcher had considered used his flaming head to set the tree alight to destroy it, but he knew from his self teachings that setting a tree on fire tended to set the forest on fire. That led to him being exposed to the dreaded gangbang. It certainly was not desirable. Admittedly he expected to be safe, especially after making his alliance with gag[taem. The Bounty Hunter could keep an eye out for trouble, or fall in its path. Either was fine by hans2. But even a mighty Bone Fletcher gets bored of slaying neutral creeps and hans2 longed desperately to lay some fire arrows into enemy heroes’ asses. Indeed, what other way was there to do it? Any other way was too dangerous and front on attacks were with a Fletcher just far too imbalanced in disfavour of hans2.
Slipping casually into windwalk, the Fletcher left the forest, and headed for one of the three lanes, looking for prey. It seemed like an age, as treants and druids of the talon filtered past, but eventually a lone traveller cautiously made his way across the road. It was the Troll Witch Doctor, Hypernova. hans2, with his superior knowledge, knew that he would have no way to stop Hypernova should he choose to deploy his death ward. It did not matter. He would attack, force the Witch Doctor to use his death ward, then strike once the ward had expired. They were alone, so the Witch Doctors paralyzing casks would not be a severe problem. Dipping his arrows in his head, he set them alight and prepared to strafe.
Hypernova, wary, but confident of his trump card was still completely surprised when an incredible agony shot through his muscles in the arm and leg on his left side. He swiftly turned his head towards his assailant and realized who he was facing. Each second he wasted contributed to his death. He laid down the ward in instinct, and its furious missiles flew towards the Bone Fletcher. They hit thin air. Hypernova let the ward die, and began to drain his mana to restore himself to a walking state. Seconds later, hans2 made his appearance again. Hypernova knew he was gone. Before falling to the ground, he laid down his most potentially destructive spell onto hans2, maledict. hans2 simply ignored the spell and fired the last arrow required for the kill. Before it landed, a red bolt shot out from the Witch Doctor and threw the Bone Fletcher into the nearby trees. The Witch Doctor had managed to use his dagon before succumbing.
Hans2 began to panic as he noticed his bones continue to disintegrate from the effects of maledict. He entered windwalk and made all haste to the closest wave of ghouls that he could death pact. Fortunately for him it was not too close a thing, and he felt revitalised after claiming the life of the ghoul. It was time to buy the parts for an aegis, so nothing like that would happen again so severely in the future.
